Putin see's and is concerned with what many observers have analysed to be an inevitable push into technocratic technology and governments and economies. Its a frightening prospect to ponder but if you look at the American population for example, it is a near certainty that there will be wide-scale adoption of these authoritarian processes and technologies. Americans are so weak and gullible in the face of the incessant Jewish promotion of this Great Enslavement ...er... i mean Reset - that they are going to beg for it.
Putin see's the Chinese racing into the totalitarian abyss as well as the west following the Jewish pied Piper into a similar totalitarian abyss.
And the fear in Putin's mind is that unless he has such a technocratic control over his own society, it will be a simple matter for a technocratic society like the USA half way across the globe to impose their control and dominance over him and his people.
So I don't think that it's a matter of Putin leading the way into the technocratic future, but he can't get left out because as I said, the color revolutions will be lighting fires throughout Moscow if he doesn't get on top of these technologies and their inexorable onrush, so he sees it as no choice but to adopt parts of this authoritarian technology.
It may come in handy against political rivals but generally speaking there is a lot more freedom in Russia than in the USA. And contrary to this idea that he was responsible for threatening his people with mandatory vaccination, that didn't actually happen. He has made statements that are concerning, but there is NOT a big worry that police in Russia will Kick down your doors and give you a schwab special in your forearm. The threat in the USA is very very real that we will all be forced to take their Jew Jab.
So long as you don't **** with Putin, a person has a hell of a lot more freedom in Russia than in the Jew S A.
