After the earthquake in Afghanistan which killed over 1,000, the White House statement clams it is "the largest donor of humanitarian aid to Afghanistan."

In fact, the US froze $9bn of Afghan assets & said it will give $3.5 bn of those stolen funds for humanitarian assistance.
