If Avis presence at a future protest will cause a breach of peace the coppers will remove him again.
Breach of peace is an authority given to Victoria Police to do whatever they can to prevent a fight/riot etc
If protesters erupt at Avis presence they will order Avi to move on and if he refuses they will detain and remove him.
Do you really believe that Victoria police will send riot control into an “anti racism” protest and spray and beat protesters for Avi?
I think breach of peace is a bull**** power by the state but it exists and Victoria Police will enforce it time after time along political lines.
What would cause a breach of peace more? Removing Avi or an angry mob?
People can do what they want with their money, but I reckon helping out a family that suffered from the lockdowns or mandates would have been money better spent.
