I have a difficult time believing that any western power (All of which are COMPLETELY Jewish controlled) has actually "sanctioned" a Jewish billionaire. Since Jews are in control of the sanctioning process and the Jews realize that a majority of the oligarchs are Jewish they most likely warned the Jewish billionaires in advance so that those Jews could move their assets to safety. They couldn't just sanction non Jewish oligarchs and not sanction Jewish oligarchs so for the Jewish oligarchs they are just going through a simulation of sanctions while working with them to protect their Jewish money. No Jew on this planet will sanction a Jew billionaire, not in a million years. And notice even what I believe are fake sanctions against Jew are still only being implemented by EU and UK. The USA refuses to even pretend to sanction the Jew.
