Attorney R. Davis Younts said the new CDC guidance “absolutely should” affect military vaccine mandates, even though that is not the case in real life. “The whole justification for denying religious accommodation requests is that there’s no safe alternative to the vaccine,” he argued.

David Hacker, senior counsel for the First Liberty Institute (FLI), called on the Department of Defense to either “rescind its ill-conceived vaccine mandate or provide religious accommodation” for FLI’s clients – which include members of the Navy and Air Force.

Joshua Yoder, co-founder of U.S. Freedom Flyers (USFF), wrote in an email that the new guidance is “another mile marker in the long march of incompetence from Washington bureaucrats that claims to follow ‘science’ yet this science has been out for well over a year and has been by the CDC and the corporations that are clearly state actors.” USFF challenged vaccine mandates for airline pilots.

Yale University epidemiologist Dr. Harvey Risch @HarveyRisch also put in his two cents on the updated recommendations.

“This implies that mandates based on two-dose vaccination are now useless,” he wrote, adding that the case for boosters is not much stronger. “This was the only potential compelling interest in vaccine mandates.”

CDC suddenly scraps quarantine and physical distancing, signaling end of vaccine mandates

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) rescinded its guidelines regarding Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine and physical distancing, signaling the collapse of the public health agency’s justification for vaccine mandates.

According to the Associated Press, the CDC relaxed its COVID-19 guidance on Aug. 12. Self-isolation upon close contact with someone infected with COVID-19 and the six-feet physical distancing rule were among the measures relaxed by the public health agency.

Earlier, the public health agency said those who are not up to date on their COVID-19 vaccinations should stay home for at least five days when they come into close contact with a COVID-positive person. But under the new guidelines, the CDC scrapped home isolation – instead urging the use of high-quality face masks for 10 days and a COVID-19 test after five days.

CDC officials justified the move, driven by a recognition that an estimated 95 percent of Americans 16 years old and up have acquired some level of immunity either through vaccination or a previous infection.

Greta Massetti, chief of the CDC’s Field Epidemiology and Prevention Branch, said: “The current conditions of the pandemic are very different from those of the last two years.” Massetti, a senior scientist with the agency, also authored the guidelines.

Furthermore, the CDC dropped guidance recommending students exposed to COVID-19 undergo regular testing – in lieu of home quarantine – as a prerequisite to continue attending in-person classes. It also downgraded guidelines for face coverings, only recommending them in areas with high community transmission or when a person is considered at high risk of severe illness.

Nevertheless, the agency reiterated that COVID-positive individuals should quarantine themselves for at least five days regardless of their vaccination status. They can end isolation if they do not experience a fever for 24 hours without taking any medicine.

New CDC guidelines cripple justification for vaccine mandates

The new recommendations, which essentially acknowledge that vaccinated people are not protected from COVID-19 infection, were a boon for lawyers challenging compulsory vaccination. Several of them spoke out in support of the argument that the CDC’s guidelines collapse the justification for vaccine mandates.

Attorney Michael Senger of the New Civil Liberties Alliance (NCLA) pointed out that millions of Americans have lost their livelihoods and faced exclusion “from everyday life activities and basic medical care” because of “a differentiation that the CDC now admits does not make sense.”

Attorney Jenin Younes, Senger’s colleague at the NCLA, wrote in an email that defendants in natural immunity lawsuits the alliance filed will definitely argue that the CDC’s new guidance renders the complaints moot. The NCLA has filed many cases arguing for the superiority of natural immunity over vaccine-induced immunity against COVID-19.

“However, because we argued that their constitutional rights were already violated, and we are seeking recognition of that going forward, the courts should not dismiss the appeals (or cases still pending in lower courts) on mootness grounds,” she added.

Moderna CEO Stephane Bancel described mRNA-1273.214 as a “next-generation COVID-19 vaccine” and lauded its “important role in protecting people in the U.K.” over the winter.

“We are delighted with the MHRA’s authorization of Spikevax Bivalent,” Bancel said. “This represents the first authorization of an Omicron-containing bivalent vaccine, further highlighting the dedication and leadership of the UK public health authorities in helping to end the COVID-19 pandemic.”

Bancel also touted the new vaccine, pointing out how it has “consistently shown superior breadth of immune response” over alternatives in clinical trials. His remarks echoed that of Moderna Chief Medical Officer Dr. Paul Burton, who previously said the new vaccine can boost a person’s antibodies to such high levels that it may only be needed annually.

The Massachusetts-based Moderna said it has also completed applications for mRNA-1273.214’s regulatory approval in Australia, Canada and the European Union.

Steve Kirsch estimates between 5M and 12M people have been killed by COVID clot shots worldwide (so far)

The Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccines have killed between five million and 12 million people, according to entrepreneur Steve Kirsch.

Several commenters on Kirsch’s Substack page provided the breakdown of this figure, which the entrepreneur attested to. They quoted Our World in Data’s finding that 12.46 billion COVID-19 vaccines had been injected into people’s arms worldwide.

“In my opinion, a reasonable estimate is to divide the number of doses by 1,000. A more conservative number is to divide the number of doses by 2,500,” said Kirsch, who is also a vaccine safety advocate.

Dividing the 12.46 billion doses by the reasonable estimate of 2,500 yielded almost five million fatalities, while dividing that total by the conservative estimate of 1,000 yielded 12.46 million deaths.

“That conservative estimate gets you to five million killed, only 16 times the number of Americans killed in World War II,” Kirsch remarked.

“We are approaching the six million Jews killed in the Holocaust over 12 years worldwide, at a rate at least six times faster than the Germans did. We are killing nearly close to 10,000 people every single day; the latest rate was roughly 8.46 million doses a day.”

The entrepreneur lamented this vaccine holocaust: “We are killing an awful lot of people, but world leaders are looking the other way and saying nothing while all of us watch the high number of death reports in the media of people who died ‘unexpectedly’ and hear no explanation.”

“The vaccine is never mentioned in any of these unexplained death reports, yet people all over the world have noticed that these unexpected deaths are only happening to the vaccinated.”

According to Kirsch, hundreds of people at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention – both currently employed and retired – remain silent over the matter. Even former President Donald Trump refuses to speak out, he added.

“This is why we have no debates, only censorship – so the killing continues unabated.”

UK entering the next stage of vaccine holocaust with omicron-specific vaccine

According to Kirsch, the first COVID-19 vaccine was injected on Dec. 8, 2020 in the United Kingdom – marking the start of a historic mass vaccination program. France followed suit 19 days later on Dec. 27, 2020 when the country’s first COVID-19 vaccine dose was injected there. Since then, the mass vaccination campaign against COVID-19 has been ongoing for 20 months.

The U.K. also opened the next phase of the vaccine holocaust on Aug. 15, when it approved Moderna’s next generation COVID-19 vaccine. The new vaccine – dubbed mRNA-1273.214 or Spikevax Bivalent – was tailored for the original SARS-CoV-2 strain and the B11529 omicron variant.

A GB News report stated that the U.K. Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) authorized Moderna’s new shot for use as first, second and booster doses. The British regulator defended its authorization, saying that the vaccine’s “typically mild” side effects were the same as those seen in the original mRNA-1273 vaccine.

“A voicemail has surfaced of Joe Biden reassuring his son over an explosive New York Times article when Hunter Biden’s business dealings with a Chinese criminal called the “spy chief of China” were aired,” BizPac Review reported last month.

“Joe Biden called his son on December 12, 2018, stating that he wanted to speak with him after reading the New York Times story concerning Hunter’s dealings with the Chinese oil giant CEFC,” the report added.

Joe Biden told his son:

“Hey pal, it’s Dad. It’s 8:15 on Wednesday night. If you get a chance just give me a call. Nothing urgent. I just wanted to talk to you. I thought the article released online, it’s going to be printed tomorrow in the Times, was good. I think you’re clear. And anyway if you get a chance give me a call, I love you.”

Revealed: Nancy Pelosi’s son, who joined her on recent trip to Taiwan, is MAJOR investor in Chinese telecom firm

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi recently traveled to Taiwan, at great risk to U.S.-China relations, to allegedly ‘show American support’ for the island democracy at a time when tensions in the region caused by Beijing are growing.

But of course, nothing having anything to do with Pelosi is ever as it seems, as is the case with many elite Democrats when it comes to that part of the world.

In addition to a show of support, the California Democrat reportedly went to Taiwan to also address China’s outsized corporate influence in the United States, and she brought her son, Paul Pelosi Jr., 53, with her.

It turns out that her boy is in bed with Chinese firms as well, just like first son Hunter Biden and his daddy, our dementia president, Joe Biden, according to reports.

Nancy Pelosi’s son is the second largest investor in a $22 million Chinese company whose senior executive was arrested in a fraud investigation, DailyMail. com can reveal, raising questions about his secretive visit to Taiwan with his mother.

As well as investing, Pelosi’s son also worked for the telecoms company, Borqs Technologies, in a board or consultancy role, Securities and Exchange Commission documents show.

“He was awarded 700,000 shares for his services, making him the fifth largest shareholder in the company. After other insiders sold stock in June 2021 he became the second largest – more stock than one of its two co-founders and topped only by CEO Pat Sek Yuen Chan,” the outlet continued.

According to the report, Chinese authorities arrested the president of one of the company’s subsidiaries in 2019 and seized a trove of documents including accounting records and contracts on allegations of fraud.

A May 2022 SEC filing, meanwhile, listed the company’s top 10 shareholders, but that list did not include Pelosi Jr., which indicates that he was no longer among the top shareholders.

Drew Hammill, Speaker Pelosi’s spokesman, told DailyMail. com that neither company has any ties to Asia and that neither of them were engaged in lithium mining or currently earned any revenue. But of course, that doesn’t mean anything given that the younger Pelosi was nevertheless involved in a Chinese company in the first place, which in and of itself is somewhat of a conflict of interest for the country.

As for Nancy Pelosi, she did her best to hide the fact that she brought her son with her because that’s what Democrats do — they lie and obfuscate. She was forced to admit that her son was her “escort” for the trip after being pressed on the matter by a few media outlets.

But photos of the trip published by the Daily Mail show Pelosi Jr. accompanying his mother everywhere, including high-level meetings with Taiwanese officials like President Tsai Ing-wen, which appears to indicate that he was more than just an ‘escort.’

The outlet reported that it’s unclear what Pelosi Jr.’s role was with the company.
