Baldwin Smoking Gun: Cops release video evidence
Footage from Alec Baldwin’s on-set shooting while filming Rust has been released by Santa Fe County Sheriff’s Office, including what appears to show him with his finger on the trigger in practice - despite him denying it was during the fatal moment.
Baldwin claims that he was handed the weapon he fired during the killing of Halyna Hutchins by the film’s armorer, Hannah Guttierez Reed - whose attorneys told CNN she wasn’t given the time or resources to do her job, even though she voiced concerns.
DNA and fingerprint analysis has still not been completed from the October incident, according to the Santa Fe DA’s office.
