"While Australian parents will not lose welfare payments if they refuse to get the COVID-19 vaccine, ‘no jab, no pay’ rules still apply and their children must receive other vaccinations.

Services Australia general manager Hank Jongen told The Morning Show reports people would be penalised if they avoided the jab were absolutely “false.” (but wait for it...the sting is in the detail)

“The coronavirus vaccine is voluntary and the government has made that absolutely clear,” he said on Tuesday.

However (here it is! --> Jongen told the show that although welfare recipients could choose not to get the COVID-19 vaccine, they would still need to ensure their children received all other vaccinations."
