8,000 UK Troops Sent To Massive Eastern Europe Joint Exercises

Britain is taking part in one of the largest post-Cold War joint deployments alongside NATO and Joint Expeditionary Force military in countries from Finland to North Macedonia.

Dozens of tanks will also be sent to what the UK insists were long-standing plans that only been ramped up in a “show of solidarity” with Ukraine.

The deployment comes after Foreign Secretary Liz Truss urged Western allies to “double down” on military supplies to Kiev, despite admitting some think they “shouldn’t provide heavy weapons for fear of provoking something worse."

Around 8 people were arrested, including Phil. All were unarrested (bar one) a short time later after Phil negotiated with police. This was ANZAC weekend, and Phil knew if it wasn't sorted they could have remained in custody until Tuesday. He didn't want that to happen.
As part of the conditions, he would not protest for 24 hours. Phil honoured his word. Chosing our battles, we climbed in our vehicles and left.
Yeah, I'm not the bravest ANZAC. But I'm there. What a privilege to stand amongst brave Aussies. ?
My goal is to be as steadfast, dignified and fiesty as that Granny. ? Much respect ?
