According to financial data analyzed by RT together with Russian military experts, Washington and Kiev have pitched in around $11million to employ approximately 300 US private military contractors.

The mercenaries hail from four major American companies, and have an average daily salary of $180k.

Based on the contractors’ recruiting material, experts say that the mercenaries’ morale is low due to their formations often being used as “cannon fodder."
