The old world structures were always next to water as if it is a key component in the system. When we look at the coincidentally shaped #circuitboards we call cities, it completely makes sense that water would act as a cooling mechanism along with possibly transferring of energy when salt water is in question.

This is the Moonlight Royal Palace in Cambodia, and the audio of this appears in the intro of a song called Haarp by Polígono Hindú Astral. The song was uploaded to YouTube in 2015, so this video may be older than we think.

I assume we should see a solid non-flickering light which would confirm to us a reliable constant stream of energy.
