When it comes to brand new genetic technology that never looked good from the start, best to be cautious and say “we hope people get protection” or “you can consider taking one base on your risk factors” but never say that you can’t get it after you take one. Let history record amidst a pubic health crisis our president and NIH Division Director are served subpoenas for violation of free speech. In a time where we need scientific discourse and all opinions heard, doctors were suppressed on presenting therapeutics to the public.

1) deny early EUA, generic therapeutics, OTC agents,
