If a group of psychopaths wanted to create a one-world government, how would they do it?
First, they would create a problem... a global problem (or the illusion of a problem).
Next, they would control the public's reaction by using mainstream media to shape their perception.
Lastly, they would offer a solution - the one world government that they desired from the start.
Problem - Reaction - Solution
