When applying Flouride into the Water system they wear hazmat suit's, the powder eats through steal, glass, cement, concrete when spilt, even the fumes can kill you like five Chinese people who dies from opening a water tank to inspect it due to the fumes. Flouride becomes diluted in the water though still dangerous enough to cause problems through the body.
They use flouride to make people submissive and docile while slowing down the neurons I'm the brain to stop critically thinking. When the brain slows down critical action is prolonged or no action at all.
