A Russian general has claimed he uncovered documents that prove Hunter Biden, President Biden’s son, has been bankrolling Ebola research in Ukraine through an investment fund. The Pentagon contractor Metabiota was the recipient of Hunter's financing. It had previously been accused of dangerous conduct by the World Health Organization while working on the Obama-era Ebola outbreak in West Africa.

In the July 7 press briefing Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov further asserted that he believes Hunter Biden’s investment fund is cover for more illegal activity from “political elites.”

Back in March Dilyana Gaytandzhieva revealed that the Pentagon had given Ukraine over $100 million for biolaboratories in this interview with Dan Cohen.

Since 2020 they have sent $23 million to build and equip biolaboratories in Kiev and Odessa. Before 2020 the Pentagon had already allocated $80 million for Ukrainian biolaboratories through the Defense Threat Reduction Agency.
