1. Ractopamine - Found in pork. Increases risk for tremors, lesions and deterioration among other lethal side effects.

2. Potassium Bromate - Found in ready-made bread products and breakfast sandwiches. Increases risk for tumors.

3. Artificial Food Dyes - Found in everything and have been linked to various severe health effects including birth defects, organ damage and cancer.

4. Beef That Contains Synthetic Growth Hormones - May contain Trenbolone acetate, Zeranol and Melengestrol acetate — synthetic growth hormones used to boost bovine growth. Research on these stimulants has linked them to an elevated risk for breast and prostate cancer

5. Milk That Contains rBGH or rBST - Manufactured hormone designed to pump up milk production in dairy cows. Consuming it can lead to an increased risk of cancer.

6. Olestra (aka Olean)- Removes fats and essential vitamins from the body by rendering it unable to absorb them. Causes stomach cramping and bowel problems.

7. Chicken That Contains Arsenic - Corporate farms like to season poultry with the famous poison because it kills parasites, accelerates a chicken’s growth and enhances the color of their flesh. Linked to cancer.

8. Chicken Washed in Chlorine - Unless your chicken is organic, factory farmed chicken is bathed in this. Deemed safe by the USDA.

9. BHA and BHT - Found in droves of American products, from cereal to chewing gum, instant mashed potatoes to vegetable oil. Linked to cancer.

10. Brominated Vegetable Oil - Food additive sometimes used to keep citrus flavoring from separating out in sodas and other beverages. Can irritate the skin and mucous membranes. Long-term exposure can cause neurologic symptoms such as headache, memory loss, and impaired balance or coordination

11. Farmed Salmon - Loaded with pollutants and antibiotics, which can lead to health problems, including hormonal, stomach and thyroid troubles.

12. GMOs - GMOs put people at profound risk for toxicity and immunosuppression among other things

13. Azodicarbonamide - found in many foods such as frozen meals, baked goods, and even in rubber and plastic products like shoes and yoga mats. It’s also common in bread served at fast-food joints. Health risks include respiratory problems, skin irritation, immunity issues and other problems.

14. Carrageenan - Made from red algae and seaweed, and can be used in foods as a thickening or gelling agent. Linked to IBD, IBS, rheumatoid arthritis and colon cancer.

15. BPA - Found in plastics. Exposure is of concern health due to effects on the brain and prostate gland of fetuses, infants and children. It can also affect children's behavior. Also linked to increased blood pressure, type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease.
