? If anyone can spare a few minutes to send a letter to MP David Harris (template provided below) to stop this NWO nonsense on the Central Coast, NSW, which will be rolled out all over Australia eventually, it would be appreciated. Agri-tourism regulations need to be stopped before they start: WE NEED YOUR HELP Please help us fight changes coming into place for our small farm and other farms in NSW.
From July 1, new Agri-Tourism regulations from Planning NSW are set to start.
These regulations started out as a way to help farmers with Agri-tourism, to streamline farm events through exempt and complying development however they have missed the mark in many areas including farm size and unrealistic limitations on Pick Your Own farms, as well as farm stays and other farm experiences and events in NSW. There are limits on opening hours and days, as well as the number of people allowed on farms.
"Guest capacity for farm experience premises:
a. 25 days per year and up to 30 guests per day, or
b.10 days per year and up to 50 guests per day.
Guest capacity for farm gate premises is 50 at a time."
These numbers are not viable or sustainable.
We spoke with our local MP David Harris today. He is very supportive and is talking with the right people to help. However, the more people we can get to send in letters, the better.
I've created a Google drive folder which contains the proposed standard and a template letter. If you can please write a letter to David Harris or your local MP that would be amazing. You can use our template or write your own and email it to the email at the top of the letter. The more letters he get can to the right people, the more chance we have of making changes to these regulations. If you have trouble accessing, please feel free to message and we can send you a copy directly.

Thank you so much for helping us ?
