There are three different phases of construction.
Notice how the bottom (oldest) layer is by far the most precise and the most technologically advanced in construction.
Later Incans attempted to imitate and continue the construction, followed by an even later one.
This evidence goes completely against the traditional story we have been told about how civilization started out very primitive and became more technologically advanced.
