When emotions get stuck in the body they create dysfunction at a cellular level. Emotions are meant to be in motion (felt) and released.

Other words we might use are ‘small’. ‘Safe’.

This has been a BIG trigger for me and I’ve tried to keep myself safe for many years by staying hidden. Unobtrusive. That might surprise some people ?

Being louder is actually part of my healing. The unravelling.

Children must be seen and not heard.

I’m not sure that anyone ever said that to me but for many children of my generation, it was implied.

Quiet = convenient.

Now of course we’re being asked to do it in a global scale.

Ssssh. You’ll piss someone off. Someone will get annoyed. You won’t be invited to Christmas/ the wedding/ the birthday party. You’ll trigger someone.

As the number of children I had expanded beyond the average, I started to try and make our family small. If you’ve met us you’ll know that’s no easy task.

I’m grateful that my children were born non-compliant. Non-conforming. Loud. Because they’ve pushed on the exact hurts that needed healing.

I still get triggered. I still sometimes (ok often ?‍♀️) feel like people are staring at us. Judging them. Judging me. Obviously that’s what it’s really about - the kids couldn’t give two ****s ?

But I no longer arrive at someone’s house with enough food for a week. I no longer bust my arse trying to get everywhere on time.

I let friends make me food. I relax while another mother takes one of my inconvenient children out for ice cream - and smile when they come home with several tubs. Not so long ago this would have almost induced a panic attack.

Stop being small. Start being inconvenient. Welcome it in your children.

We think it's real, but in reality it's just a movie that's playing in the collective consciousness, which presents itself as "reality".

This is a spiritual shift that needs to take place.

People have had enough of useless wars, totalitarian leadership and authoritarian control.
People wake up to what's really important in life.

It is time to regain our infinite power and open the doors of our mental prison.
It is not an easy thing to do, but it is time to walk in the light of freedom. "
