I have been boiling mad for years over the 'war crimes trials which I think were despicable and contemptible, and smack more of ancient Rome's barbarism than of a so-called civilised country. Not only were the 'war crimes trials' one of the blackest spots on our recent black (and Red) history, but the bombing of the only two Christian cities in Japan in August 1945, via the atomic bomb calls to high heaven for retribution ~ Taylor Caldwell, American novelist.

Determined to get off all priscribed medications in order not to be dependant on medical system and prove to myself its possible to be healtjy using food and knowledge of self. I can report that i have been off diabetic meds for a few months now and finally cracked the food and lifestyle code that works best for me. When on strong medications my blood sugars on rising were never always above 7 and at times a constist 9 or even up to 12 when unwell. This diet is steady filling and long-term. Early days but will continue doing what works. So pleased
