- in 1973 the constitution was breached by gough whitlam and has been breached by every single person who was elected within corruption. This country requires referendums to make any constitutional or civilizational changes

This means the Australia ACT 1986 required a referendum by the people of the nation - there was no referendum
Also the governor Generals pledge an oath to the queen of australia - the only problem is that the queen of australia is a fiction, its fraud and there is no such thing as the queen of australia. There was no referendum allowing the governor general doing this or any politician doing this.

This country went to referendum in regards to remain with the commonwealth or not - the people chose to remain the commonwealth of australia and that means the constitution in 1901 is the only constitutional law of the land. The People of australia also went to referendum on the Australia ID card and we chose to NO to the Australia ID card system

Now the illegal entity calling itself government, is bringing in Digital ID without referendum, they are also trying to bring in the digital currency without referendum - by the constitutional laws the people inside government do not have the right to do what ever they want (even though they are not legal anyway) So more treason and sedition is being committed

The Lockdowns and mandates in the country were done outside of referendum and outside constitutional laws
So how can a court of law be completely dismantled
