This is a new, never used item that comes in its original box. The unit has been inspected: it's in new working condition and comes with all parts. Please note there are some minor cosmetic imperfections on this unit: some impressions on plastic from being tightly packed in a box (the impressions are on the bottom of the stroller base and are invisible when the stroller is in use) and some fabric imperfection possibly from prior shipping; all pictured.
