Her expertise was founded in building an international, multi-award-winning, multi-million-dollar international Direct Selling organisation for 16 years while raising a family of four from their home in regional Victoria. She excelled at developing self-sustaining leaders and teams long distance, and grew the business to $3.5M in 5 years by leading up to 28 teams across Australia-NewZealand-Ireland. Liz's formal qualifications are a Graduate Certificate in Management (2011), Bachelor With Distinction in International Relations and Politics and Policy including two Overseas Study terms and nominated for the Vice-Dean’s Medal for Excellence. In 2018 Liz was offered a limited Masters in Public Policy and Management with Melbourne University.
