The separation engineering units series products designed and manufactured by our company involve unit operations regarding rectification, evaporation, extraction, drying, filtration, crystallization, adsorption, sorption, ion exchange, membrane separation and heat exchanger.

 

The separation engineering units series products designed and manufactured by our company mainly include distillation units, evaporation units, sorption units, adsorption units, extraction units, crystallization units and leaching units. The operation of the units can be intermittent, continuous and semi-continuous. Usually, the design of separation type units is based on process simulation calculations. For complex systems, relevant design data can also be obtained based on lab scale testing or membrane testing results.

 

Overview of distillation units

The distillation units are separation units commonly used in the oil refining, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries. The distillation units designed and constructed by our company are categorized by operation mode into intermittent and continuous distillation units, by pressure into atmospheric distillation units, vacuum distillation units, and pressurized distillation units, and by tower type into tray towers and packed towers. In addition, there are some special distillation units, such as reactive distillation units, azeotropic distillation units, extractive distillation units, adsorptive distillation units, crystallization distillation units, catalytic distillation units and pressure-swing distillation units.

 

Functional characteristics

◆ Normally, under normal circumstances, our company first conducts a full-process simulation calculation based on the raw materials and separation technology requirements provided by the customer. Then, based on the results of the simulation calculations, we proceed with the engineering design and construction of the unit.

◆ For complex systems, relevant engineering design and unit construction can be performed based on the lab scale testing results

◆ The units can be operated continuously or intermittently

◆ The units can be controlled through PLC or DCS for automated operation.

◆ The unit's control system has functions such as process flow, data collection, alarm settings, interlock protection, automatic control, parameter tuning, event recording, trend graphs, report generation, and printing

◆ The units are equipped with overpressure, overtemperature and over-limit alarms as well as safety protection 

The units are provided with an "Emergency Stop" button, through which the system can automatically shut down according to the program

◆ According to national electrical codes and standards, non-explosion-proof or explosion-proof electrical system can be used
