I’m finding it difficult to care. That’s why I haven’t written anything in a week or so. The world is going to hell in a dumpster in real time and in so many different ways, but writing about it seems completely futile. Sure, I could point out the hypocrisy in this or the irony in that, but who gives a ****? I don’t anymore. The Australian election is a case in point. The Covid reaction blew away any lingering doubt as to the sheer level of criminality and sociopathic tendencies of our politicians. And now we’re expected to vote for these guys?

Talk about humiliating a populace. That is what’s going on here. Politicians must despise us, and rightfully so, because we let them bend us over the table and when they’re finished they demand that we stand up and formally nominate the next one to do the rogering. And we do it. And we bend over the table again. And why we’re doing that we complain about our freedoms of speech and our democracies.

It’s just pitiful.
