OMG the gov think that for a measly $250 dollars they can buy your vote. People don't believe that take the money by all means but don't give them your vote for a pittance of what they actaully owe you. This is nothing more than a con job by the gov leading up to the election.
Ah the sweet smell of "Pre election Bliss" to be quickly taken over by "Post election Bull$h!T"
