10 year old boy with chest pain, chest discomfort, myopericarditis, myocarditis and vomiting.
15 year old boy with chest pain, myocarditis, increased troponin (heart muscle damage) and vomiting.
12 year old boy with chest discomfort, abnormal ECG, excessive sweating, pericarditis and lung pain.
