Remember while we’ve got some sunshine to go out and get your kit off! Get some vitamin D so that you stay healthy and well through winter.
I use an app called DMinder to calculate how much vitamin D I’m getting.
If you have dark skin, you actually need MORE exposure to get adequate vitamin D. Also, studies have shown that obese people do not make vitamin D as well as their slimmer counterparts.
The sun is free. Just get your kit off and enjoy!
