If ya KNOW anything about millitary war tactics, you know that when they cut off communications to the outside world, that S-H-I-T is fixing to hit the fan...
They dont want you to be able to
Communicate to others / to warn them / or to talk too..
time to find other means to keep in contact with close loved ones - like HAM radios / walkie talkies or something...... BEFORE phones get cut off!!
Because as Napoleon said :" The KEY to successful war is communications""
So make SURE ya dont lose communications with close friends / neighbours / etc...when the phones get cut off!!!
