If ya KNOW anything about millitary tactics, you know that when they cut off communications to the outside world, that what they wanna do next (WAR) they dont want you to be able to
Communicate to others / to warn them / or to talk too..
Incase our phones get cut off....time to find other means to keep in contact with close loved ones - like HAM radios / walkie talkies or something......
Because as Napoleon said :" The KEY to successful war is communications""
So make SURE ya dont lose communications with close friends / neighbours / etc...when the phones get cut off!!!
