Vaccine Commander Chris Dawson said health authorities would be ramping up efforts to improve the state's Indigenous vaccination rate over the next five weeks, including going door-to-door in communities with low immunisation figures.
"This effort is going to be targeted specifically to further engage with Aboriginal leaders and communities," he said.
"Rather than expect people to come to places such as health campuses, we know that some groups are staying in their homes.
