In 2009, the Australian government allowed weather and aerial modification and serial spraying by the UN over our soil.
Planes were allowed to spray heavy metals, barium dust and nanoparticles into the atmosphere in order to change our climate.
Gold Coast City Council warned residents in a letter not to drink tank water and have it tested for heavy metals.
This is still going on and Australia has been targeted for lots of rain/floods.
