We have had some terrible adverse reports in the past month. For me personally, because this is a 5 year old girl, I think this may be the worst one I’ve seen.

Bell’s palsy, Coma scale abnormal, Hypertensive encephalopathy, Increased intracranial pressure, Lethargy, Posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome, Seizure, Drowsiness and Vomiting.

What is an abnormal coma scale?
The Coma Scale, designed in 1974, is a tool that has the ability to communicate the level of consciousness of patients with acute or traumatic brain injury.

What is hypertensive encephalopathy?
Hypertensive encephalopathy is a less commonly encountered type of hypertensive emergency. It is characterised by signs of cerebral oedema (brain swelling) that occur after a severe episode of hypertension

What is posterior reversible encephalopathy?
Posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome (PRES) is an illness in which a person can present with acutely altered mentation, drowsiness or sometimes stupor, visual impairment (e.g., visual hallucinations, cortical blindness, hemianopia, quadrantanopia, and diplopia), seizures (focal or general tonic-clonic), and sudden or constant, non-localized headaches.
