I was going to add to yesterday's pineal excursion, that in all of the healing stories the healing subjects are totally in charge of their own healing. There is no 'Dr Dispenza' interferes. You are creating your own healing from within. There is no 'touchy', no 'transferring of energy from healer to patient'. You are solely in charge - this should be stressed, so as to understand it all comes from within.

I would also like to add the following: Many patients speak of the blinding light, everything becoming light, omnispheric light. This is what I believe Matthew 6:22 says:

22 The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light.

I believe it's also pretty much irrelevant whether this information comes from Dispenza. Many ancient Buddhist breathing techniques speak of the same. Many other indigenous rituals work towards the same technique. Whether through shamanic drum-breathing or didgeridoo music is relatively "egal".
