Your local community leaders. Councils. Municiple. Mayors. And on up the latter to the State politicians, etc. Don't forget, most of these creeps are lawyers, so yeah, makes sure to list them all, as well. What their affiliations is, who they really are, etc.
Then on May Day, boom, hang them all, fast.
