In just a 3 month period (from Dec 2020- Feb 2021), out of ~ 45k trial participants, 42k experienced some form of adverse effect. 1,223 participants died. That's a 3% mortality rate for the death jab...and knowing how heavy-handed they were in suppressing reports of adverse reactions, it's likely much higher.
