Kolomoiskyi has an arrest warrant on his head but there appears little interest in pursuing justice.
The dual passport oligarch laundered money from the bank through this branch, according to law enforcement officers. In general, Kolomoiskyi’s offshore companies could transfer more than $40 million to offshore companies in Zelenskyy’s close circle. It is possible that part of these funds went to the purchase of luxury London real estate and elsewhere.
