I’m missing seeing a heap of stuff on the right hand side of my page because it is covered by the chat bar, any ideas?

I think you can click offline and it might go away. I had someone unfriend me and they are still showing in my chat so I am trying to rid of that but doesn't seem to work unless I block them

I've tried blocking and then unblocking to get them off there, but it's not working so I guess I just need to block and leave blocked. I am having no luck getting help from support here, so it seems to be a bit painful for anyone new needing help.
