I've tried till blue in the face to get people to understand why you DON'T use pcr for testing for sickness. In this video, the guy who actually invented/discovered pcr (polymerase chain reaction) Mr Kary Mullis, (some have his name as Kerry) explains exactly why it should never be used for testing.
