People must be careful to always be well so that they do not suffer from their thoughts and feelings, and consequently neither fear, jealousy, resentment, and envy nor powerlessness, shame, guilt, and sadness can appear. They must do everything to keep themselves free from such negative and bad feelings that weigh them down, and if they do come to the fore, they must use all their good and positive thoughts and feelings to get rid of them quickly. People must muster their energy until they have done what they really want in a good and positive way and have come to the realization with certainty that they are their own creators, who as such can do and accomplish anything they want. So they must consciously and positively create healthy, clear, correct, valuable and progressive thoughts and feelings and also nurture them, because only in this way will they create everything for the best, good and positive, transform everything within them into something progressive and let their life flow and flourish in the best possible way.
