Well, the fact is that a person who is unhappy and dissatisfied is in a state of total lack of control over his conscious and unconscious thoughts and feelings, which is why he behaves in a way that has a destructive effect on his psyche and his overall well-being. The fact is that in this state there is nothing worse for him than to suffer from false, destructive, and negative thoughts and feelings that make him depressed, unhappy, dissatisfied and morally ruined, and constantly bring him to a zero state in terms of joy in life.
In this state, he is dominated by thoughts and feelings of anxiety, jealousy, and fear, as well as envy, shame, and guilt, as well as uncontrollable emotions of various kinds, all of which drive him half mad because he is helplessly at the mercy of everything and therefore cannot control it. But it is fundamentally his own wrong, negative, bad, and life-hostile thoughts and feelings through which he turns the whole of his wrong and negative attitude and lifestyle into an evil and life-destroying elixir of life and makes himself unhappy and dissatisfied.
