Ethos as a basic concept of ethics and morality
The ethoic consciousness and ethos values
Ethics' means character, and in contrast to morality, it is not about a code of conduct as such, but about the analysis of various moral concepts that derive from 'ethos', from which extremely comprehensive values emerge, according to which the human being can form his character and build up his moral norms according to this, and comprehend and realise these as 'morality' or 'moral action'. In this way, ethics can be described as a kind of moral science.
