However all this food is not to compare with the homogenously terrestrial, because between that Plejaren and the terrestrial products exists an enormous difference, the Erra fruits and berries etc.as well as the vegetables and fruit are very much more nutritious, thirst satisfying and more tasteful than the homogenous things on earth. When one eats of the fruits, the grain products, the berries or the vegetables, then that does not only satisfy hunger and thirst, but rather one is also really full for a long time.

All diese Nahrungsmittel sind jedoch nicht mit den gleichartig irdischen zu vergleichen, denn zwischen den plejarischen und den irdischen Erzeugnissen besteht ein gewaltiger Unterschied, sind doch die erranischen Früchte und Beeren usw. sowie das Gemüse und Obst sehr viel nahrhafter, durststillender und geschmackvoller als die gleichartigen Dinge auf der Erde. Isst man von den Früchten, den Getreideprodukten, von den Beeren oder vom Gemüse, dann stillt das nicht nur den Hunger und den Durst, sondern man ist auch für lange Zeit wirklich satt.
