A short cut to creating an ideal environment of happy balanced and empowered friends network is - cultivate friendships with women who respect & love men, and men who respect & love women. It’s the ones who subconsciously or consciously hate the opposite sex,that don’t make for good friends or generally good people, and nor are fun or inspiring .( unless they heal and deal with their issues.) Just my observations.#empowered
