This is a statue of the Hindu god of destruction "Shiva", worryingly right outside the headquarters for C.E.R.N near Geneva, on the French - Swiss boarder. Funnily enough their hydro collider they are using to smash particles - official story when in reality they are attempting to open up portals pretty much like they did in stranger things when they Revealed the method.
