"There are currently no medical interventions recommended prior to the onset of puberty. So that brings us to our second block, which is 'pubertal,' or 8-14 years old. And the eligibility — here we'll think about puberty blockers. So the eligibility to start suppression is that they must have been diagnosed with gender dysphoria and have started puberty."
