Determined to get off all priscribed medications in order not to be dependant on medical system and prove to myself its possible to be healtjy using food and knowledge of self. I can report that i have been off diabetic meds for a few months now and finally cracked the food and lifestyle code that works best for me. When on strong medications my blood sugars on rising were never always above 7 and at times a constist 9 or even up to 12 when unwell. This diet is steady filling and long-term. Early days but will continue doing what works. So pleased
