I don't understand how the drivers know that the motor cycle riders are up to no good. What if they just stopped to ask for directions? Or is this robbing and killing thing so prolific, drivers just know to rundown any bike that is stopped on the road? Can anyone fill me in? Educate me here?

You are watching attempted (but foiled) CarJackings. Notice some more details, now I point this m.o. out. i.e. two riders every time, abrupt approaches and roadblocking, by unidentifyable sketchy characters. Notice one dude Shot the assailant through the driver window. Only brave and foolish crooks be doing the popular carjacking or robbery by bike in Brazil anymore... them crooks now on a deathwish.
