Cross-reference what you find within, with the language and actions of the D.O.E.

Compare, for example, with the D.O.E's 'Quality time' initiatives (most recently announced by Ruth Owen).

Consider that the D.O.E claims they are, "Implementing a ‘Time to Teach’ program to assess the suitability of different administrative roles and identify best practice in streamlining or redistributing processes from teachers to alternative staff, commencing Term 4 2022".

Then, compare this with the W.E.F claiming, "a wide range of stakeholders on what high-quality childhood education can and should actually look like. The Forum’s Education 4.0 framework – developed by an intellectually diverse community of education experts, policy-makers, civil society and business leaders" (p. 16).


Will they call this 'empowering the education workforce'?
