Oh boy the police have sure lowered their standards. WOW what criminals they are chasing. But hang on a second! If the can take away your car licence while riding a scooter! What is the difference to a push bike? They are capable of 60 kph and they ride all over the place footpaths wrong side of the road weaving in and out of cars stopped at lights. Battery powered too? No licence or insurance either. So are they going to start taking bike riders licences away too? What is good for the goose is good for the gander!
Its a doubled edge sword. If it is across the board including push bikes ebikes included. So what does "privately owned" mean? I guess the government owned hire bikes are excempt???? Does not change the injury inflicted!
