I purchased truthcoin in round one so was eligible for the bonus coins. I have not received the bonus coins and after initial email contact enquiry there has been complete silence since I asked about them. Extremely disappointed and not just with the lack of funds but the whole concept of truthcoin and truthbook seems to be no better than the old system, infact worse if this is how they are going to treat people.

I received emails in June 2022 about setting up a Truthpay wallet which was easy to follow when I finally got around to setting it up. I emailed the required information a month ago but haven't had a response. I sent a follow up email last Friday to see if they received my email. To be honest, I expected a more professional process but they may be working through large amounts of emails. Even so, an email of acknowledgement is not a big ask. It's par for the course in quality customer service.

They may wana remember who makes them go round, us. Honestly one bad vibe an ya can **** off for me these day's. Who really needs social media these day's? Rather do **** where i am, enjoy my family, its a bad joke, swindle everywhere. I was hoping to make this my new spot, but if their taking the piss i won't bother.

Jamie Mclntyre It would be a good idea if this platform of yours, you could also configure it in Italian as are other Apps. Many of my friends install your App in their device have difficulty because it is only in English.
